Moscow, Kiev proposed treaty on the Russian Black Sea Fleet participation in hostilities

Ukraine is ready to conclude a treaty with Russia on the Black Sea Fleet ships using the Russian Federation in military conflicts, said on Monday Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Konstantin Yeliseyev.

Yeliseyev also noted that Ukraine is unacceptable fact, when Russian Black Sea Fleet ships, which are temporarily located on Ukrainian territory, are used in armed confrontation, transmits UNIAN.

As the newspaper wrote VIEW, August 10, Ukraine threatened not to let Russian ships in Sevastopol, formerly served to the coast of Abkhazia. Russia in turn has accused Kiev of illegal arms in Georgia, a Ukrainian MPs even suggested giving Yushchenko on trial for helping Saakashvili.
